By creating an account or booking a class on spanishtrainingacademy.com (the "Site"), operated by DELTER Spanish Training Academy ("DELTER", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Group classes are intended for students aged 14 and older. By registering, you confirm that you (or, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian on your behalf) meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate.
To book a class, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, country, phone number, and Spanish level, and choosing a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must verify your email address before you can book a class.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time whenever possible, out of respect for the instructor's time.
Current pricing for Group and Private classes is displayed on the Site. E-books are included as described. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be reflected on the Site and will not affect classes already booked and paid for.
By registering, you agree that DELTER may contact you via email and, if you provide a phone number, via WhatsApp, regarding the scheduling and coordination of your classes. This is considered part of the service and is separate from optional marketing communications, which you may opt into or out of independently.
You agree not to use the Site or our services to: provide false information during registration; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems; or use the flash card materials, infographics, or other content from the Site for any commercial or redistribution purpose without permission.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, methodology materials, flash cards, infographics, and the DELTER logo, is the property of DELTER Spanish Training Academy and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, as language acquisition depends on many factors including individual effort and consistency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELTER Spanish Training Academy and its instructor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
